Daklintec is developing Dakura, a software-as-a-medical-device that provides digital support to nutrition professionals in the treatment of nutrition-related diseases. The application combines a patient app with a desktop solution for professionals and offers an AI-supported decision support system that generates recommendations for effective nutritional therapy. The aim is to expand the severely limited range of nutritional therapy available in practices and clinics, alleviate the shortage of specialists, and provide more efficient support to patients with complaints or chronic conditions—from malnutrition to oncological, neurological, or rheumatic problems.
