BioIntelligence operates a new type of early stage High-Tech-Incubator in biotechnolgy, life science & medtech and identifies as a place where founders can transform their business idea into the next sky rocketing start-up on the market!

HTI BioIntelligence is funded within the "Directive on the Grants for the Promotion of High-Tech Incubators/Accelerators" by the Lower Saxony Ministry of Economics, Labour, Transport and Digitalisation and is backed by known and trusted partners to position itself as interdisciplinary innovation hub.



BioIntelligence is initiated and backed by a group of known and trusted industry experts, scientific partners and organisations.

BioIntelligence GmbH - as a 100% subsidiary of BioDigit e.V. - is expert in management of complex R&D&I projects as well as preparation and implementation of technology and innovation programmes.

The core of BioIntelligence's operations is the translation of knowledge from academia into business and society.

In particular, this is achieved through project support and the organisation of events and workshops.

We also offer consulting and profiling in terms of management, research, translation and financing.

Non-partisan policy consulting in the areas of innovation research, technology management & entrepreneurship (including associated analyses, evaluations and recommendations) is part of our portfolio as well.

Our portfolio

BioIntelligence backs a number of promising early stage start-ups in the field of biotechnolgy, life science and medtech.

For founders, BioIntelligence offers access to VC networks as well as tech scouting & matching of industry and start-ups. Founding teams benefit from our strong partner network, receive advisory support and can apply for scholarships or funding.

All 14 start-ups in our first batch (2023) are pre-seed funded with up to 200.000 € within the framework of the "HTI" guidelines on the granting of subsidies for the promotion of high-tech incubators/accelerators by the lower saxony ministry of economics.
