Retrospective: How We're Developing Our Incubator Programme Further
As the BioIntelligence team, we spent yesterday in a retrospective, reflecting together on the past six months and taking a critical look at how we supported Batch #2. From these insights, we're deriving concrete measures to further improve the incubator programme and our setup for the next batch.
Every perspective within the team matters here. Retrospectives help us get better, stay relevant, and keep moving the programme forward. Feedback from the start-ups is already flowing in. On a few points, we're deliberately going back for more targeted input, because we believe in user-centric design. In the end, what counts is who benefits from something, not who offers it.
Working within the incubator brings us real joy, precisely because we experience the start-ups as dynamic and enthusiastic people. That's exactly what motivates us to get better step by step and not to settle for the status quo. With the upcoming Batch #3 in mind, this ongoing development is decisive, since the next teams should benefit from an even stronger programme right from the start.
Applications for Batch #3 of the BioIntelligence high-tech incubator are open until 31 July 2026, 23:59. More information and application.
